Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data of contact persons of our business partners in order to manage the business relationship, communicate effectively, and fulfil contractual obligations.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Categories of Data
- Name
- Position within the company
- Telephone number, email address
- Other business-related information required for initiating, performing, or terminating the business relationship.
Recipients of the Data
Internal departments (e.g., sales, purchasing, project management, accounting). Where necessary, we engage service providers (e.g., IT service providers) who act as processors under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Transfers to Third Countries
No data is transferred to third countries.
Retention Period
We retain personal data for as long as required to maintain the business relationship and in accordance with statutory retention periods.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object (Articles 15–21 GDPR).
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
