As we are aware of our responsibility to the young professionals of tomorrow, we decided - already years ago - to get an IHK (=German Chamber of Commerce) training center.
In this context, the German medium-sized companies - which offer more than 80% of all training opportunities in Germany - play an important role.
It is our task to plan the company's future and to think long-term, so we organize internal special trainings. This is our occasion, to familiarize our future qualified specialists with the company, right from the start.
During the last years, about 50 trainees annually, passed their final exams at the facilities of the Klocke Group.
